MEET DR. DOSAL
Jacquelyn Dosal, MD, FAAD
Dermatologist​
Dr. Dosal joined The Dermatology House in January 2025. She is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with special interests in medical/general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, acne/rosacea, nutrition, and integrative dermatology.

After honing her skills as a dermatologist at one of Miami's most prestigious practices—renowned for its cosmetic excellence and legacy of the late Dr. Frederick Brandt—Dr. Dosal is thrilled to bring her passion and expertise to Park City, Utah. While in Miami, Dr. Dosal had the privilege of working in a practice known nationally for its commitment to innovation and exceptional patient outcomes. In addition to treating patients, she had unofficial teaching roles for a fellowship program that gave dermatologists further training in cosmetics and lasers. Known for her compassion and innovation, Dr. Dosal looks forward to providing Park City with the same dedication to advanced care, natural results, and personalized treatment plans that she has been able to offer throughout her career. Dr. Dosal offers a large variety of services for many conditions including but not limited to: skin cancer checks, rashes, acne, rosacea, injectables, lasers, surgical excisions, and chemical peels.

Dr. Dosal is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She also is on the exam-writing committee for cosmetic questions for the American Board of Dermatology certifying exams. Additionally, you can find Dr. Dosal as the Deputy Editor of the Dialogues in Dermatology Podcast, a podcast for dermatologists offered through the American Academy of Dermatology. She is also a medical reviewer for dermatology for Everyday Health.

Dr. Dosal was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She earned her undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Pre-Professional Studies at the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated magna cum laude. She earned her medical degree at The Ohio State University with magna cum laude honors and acceptance into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her dermatology training at the prestigious University of Miami Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery, where she served as Chief Resident. She was also awarded the Jaime Battan award for exemplary compassionate patient care. She is the author of over 20 peer-reviewed publications in dermatology. In 2025, Dr. Dosal completed additional training in Integrative Dermatology, with the goal of integrating natural and alternative therapies with traditional Western medical care.

Dr. Dosal moved with her husband and two kids to Utah for all the outdoor play that the mountains have to offer. She believes that being outdoors is the antidote to our modern sedentary and screen-focused world. Being in nature, especially movement in nature, is healing and part of a holistic approach to health. Just wear some sunscreen!
