Physician Assistant

Natalie joined The Dermatology House in June 2023, bringing with her 17 years of experience as a PA at the Boston Dermatology and Laser Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Kansas (1997) and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida College of Medicine (2001). Her expertise spans both medical and cosmetic dermatology, including a variety of laser treatments.

In 2023, she and her husband made the move from Boston to Park City, where they have enjoyed getting to know the local community and exploring the myriad outdoor adventures the region presents. Natalie enjoys skiing and hiking, and her unwavering support for the Kansas Jayhawks still burns bright.

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Dosal joined The Dermatology House in January of 2025. She is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with special interests in medical/general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, acne/rosacea, nutrition, and integrative dermatology.

Known for her compassion and innovation, Dr. Dosal looks forward to providing Park City with the same dedication to advanced care, natural results, and personalized treatment plans that she has been able to offer throughout her career.

Dr. Dosal moved with her husband and two kids to Utah for all the outdoor play that the mountains have to offer. She believes that being outdoors is the antidote to our modern sedentary and screen-focused world. Being in nature, especially movement in nature, is healing and part of a holistic approach to health. Just wear some sunscreen!

Master Esthetician

What do you like about working at TDH: Quincy is a lifetime learner who enjoys acquiring knowledge every day from Dr. Stankiewicz.

Hobbies/Passions: Quincy enjoys being outdoors. She particularly enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and outdoor concerts.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: Sculptra because it stimulates natural collagen and elastin production to improve texture and densify the skin.

Future Goals/Ambitions: Become the Director of Esthetics for TDH and manage a team of estheticians and laser practitioners.

Lead Medical Assistant

What do you like about working at TDH: Rachel loves being part of a team that helps people feel more confident in their own skin. In her own words, “It’s incredible to see our patients’ insecurities turn into things they love about themselves.”

Hobbies/Passions: In her spare time, you can find Rachel hiking with her puppy, Scout.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: Rachel’s favorite treatment is neuromodulators.

Future Goals/Ambitions: Rachel is excited to continue growing with Dr. Stankiewicz and The Dermatology House.

Aesthetician & Medical Assistant

What do you like about working at TDH: I love working with such a smart and kind group of women every day!

Hobbies/Passions: Spending time outdoors, pickleball, enjoying time with family and friends.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: I love all of the lasers, specifically fraxel thulium or enlighten.

Future Goals/Ambitions: I am excited to continue to gain knowledge in the skincare industry and to expand my scope of aesthetics.

Medical Assistant

What do you like about working at TDH: ​I enjoy all aspects of my job here at TDH, including the staff, the procedures, and the overall environment! Everyday consists of such positive energy that makes the job enjoyable.​

Hobbies/Passions: I enjoy going for runs, knitting & all things outdoors. Recently, I have learned to wakesurf! I love watching moto-supercross as well.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: I love assisting in sclerotherapy & softwave, both present quick results during the procedure making it enjoyable to watch. I also love the Alastin hydratint sunscreen!

Future Goals/Ambitions: I am currently in college working towards a bachelor’s in nursing! I love self care & wellness & would like to incorporate that into my future career.

Medical Assistant

What do you like about working at TDH: The positive atmosphere, everyone is kind & welcoming—it feels like a family. I am continually acquiring new skills & am fascinated by dermatology. Exploring the intricacies of the skin and understanding why it's crucial to care for it, is something I deeply appreciate learning about.

​Hobbies/Passions: I enjoy traveling & experiencing different places & cultures. Big animal lover. I also enjoy spending time outdoors; hiking & walks with my dog, & dedicating time to rescue horses & other animals.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: The Fraxel thulium laser treatment & Sofwave stand out significantly for their remarkable results!

Future Goals/Ambitions: I hope to expand my skills here at THD, prioritize travel & consider adding another Great Dane or three to my life.
